We can share our experience, head you in the right direction and assist you with hands-on help if that’s what you need. Let us know your needs and we’ll try our best to meet them.

Jenn’s Story

Hi, I’m Jenn MacDonald and have graduated my oldest child after 12 years of homeschooling and am in the trenches beginning the next set of 12 years with my youngest. I’ve been there and done that (and am doing it still). I can tell you from experience that muddling through, loving your child, and trying your best IS good enough.

For a decade I’d been helping other homeschool parents through managing support groups, beginning & running co-ops, helping new homeschool parents set up their homeschool, putting on a homeschool curriculum “share”, giving classes to new homeschoolers and parents interested in highschool transcript information…

Then, friends encouraged me to offer my services to a larger audience.

One of my driving passions is helping people with things I struggled through alone. Another passion is research – I just love it. These passions are combined so you can benefit from my struggle, my research, and my experience through Highland Dove Homeschool Helper.

Homeschooling for 13 years

Since 2002 when my oldest was in first grade. I’ve learned so much, but my youngest started 1st grade in 2014. I’ll be homeschooling until he graduates in 2026.

Things I enjoy:

– Having Coffee with a friend

– Watching my children have fun together

– Helping people become their best selves

– Praying with my children
